Question

Hello,

I received a TRB142 to use it with old supervision. I want use it in GSM "only". SO I configure RS232 port in modem but on my interface, I have only "Full control" or "partial control". I can't see direct mode TCP port and Init string? SO it's not possible to receive call to an anotehr modem.

I have the last software in the TRB142.

Hi,

When TRB142 RS232 serial type is MODEM, user can use only several custom commands like ATA, ATD and etc, but not standard modem AT+ commands . For more information check Teltonika Wiki page: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/TRB142_RS232#Modem
