Hi,

I can browse to my RUT850 from my Samsung S9 phone using 192.168.1.1 successfully however, if I use the Teltonika Router app version 3.1.20 after putting my admin/password in I get the message 'please check if connected to router'. I have tried on two separate Android devices and I get the same message every time - the admin/password is correct as it let's me access via the browser every time using the same details.

Hi,

Please upgrade your app from Play Store.

It should work now correctly with your Android version.

Using the newest version from Play Store, your app doesn't work with Pixel 4 and RUTX11. Via brwoser there is everything fine. How can I use the app?
