Hi there,

I got again the same problem after deleting account and recreate. I can not add my RUT850. (last topic opened and solved: https://community.teltonika-networks.com/4825/i-cannot-add-my-rut850-lte-gnss-serial-duplicate)

Hello,

Could you download troubleshoot package form your router and send it to me via private messages?

Troubleshoot package can be downloaded from "System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot" menu.

Troubleshoot package will allow us to identify your device and unregister it from RMS if it is already registered to another RMS account.
