Hi,

If the router (rut240) is offline or went offline during an action in the RMS system for instance I changed the DEVICE MONITORING UPDATE PERIO. accorind the RMS it was succesfully changed but it was not updated in the device itself, for instance i changed the update period to once every 1hour however when the device is available again it keeps sending out data every 5minutes.

Can the RMS system do an automatic retry after the device is not reporting the same period as configured in the RMS? or change the RMS back to the configuration what the device is transmitting.

Please check monitoring update period feature.

Data should be updated according to your set period.
