Most routers I have used have the ability to see data usage per device, and also to limit the speed QoS per device via MAC address. How do I do this on the RUT 950?

Hi,

You can see the active device data usage on Status > Graphs > Connections.

Regarding QoS, it is possible to limit the speeds of the interfaces and give special rules to IP addresses and ports. It is not possible to do it with MAC addresses.
