Hello,

The RMS iOS app does not show a diagram for temperature (RUTX11, RUTX12 and RUT950).

Would be important to me. Can you change that.

Our RMS mobile application does not have diagrams or graphs right now. It is unclear when the application will receive updates. .

I do not understand it. I can see the charts for temperature,

signal strength, date usage and network type in the app.

Only the chart for temperature does not provide any data.

Thank you for catching this issue. I tested myself when I got access to the phone with iOS and reported it to our RnD department.

Update:

RnD department told me that they fixed the issue and the update should go live in one or two days in the App store.

It seems this is broken again?

Can’t see any chart (shows “no information about device”) eventhough it works when logging on from a browser.

Any news here? In my RMS App on iOS all charts are empty.
