In the past, we have already purchased about 1 dozen RUTX routers via our distributor Allnet in Germany. To date without any problems. We also never had any problems registering the devices in the RMS portal. Now, the latest device always reports that it is already registered, although it was delivered in its original packaging! We tried many times to reset the device and delete it from our rms-account. It is the RUTX10 device with the serial number 1106224202 .
