Hello, I can't add the teltonika RUT955 router as it always reports that the Mac address is already registered

Device With identical MAC address is already registered.

the router IS NOT PRESENT IN THE RMS LIST

how to do to insert router in the RMS?

Thank you for reaching us .

Is it possible if you can make a note with you username "Frank1605" and paste it with the serial number printed on device and share a picture with me in DM :-). 

Also please share a troubleshoot file for device in DM. Click on my username and you will see an option for sending message.

You can download it in System>Administration>Troubleshoot.
