Hello,

we need to be notified  if a device is offline  X min (10mn). I wonder if it is possible with RMS.

The problem is we received to much alert but only want to know when it is offline more tha 10mn.

Hello,

Unfortunately, you cannot set exact time intervals (for example 10 minutes), but you could configure the RMS Alerts feature that could send you an email message once your device status changes from online to offline.

You can do that by navigating Management > Devices > Select device > Alerts and configure it as an example below:

this would be a nice feature.

the problem at the moment with the standard alerts - is alert overload...

very often devices will change state, due to dhcp renewal or a small blip...

would be better if you could control the interval to alert on to remove false positives.
