Hi,

I am unable to connect to RMS after I did the following

1. Generated troubleshoot logs

2. Created backup of configurations

3. Creating restore point <- lost the device while this was being created/downloaded

This is at a remote site so I don't have access to resetting it. Can any help connect the device back on RMS?

Hello,

Can you confirm that your device does have an internet connection right now? If, yes please send me the serial number of the device and I will look into that (via a private message). If not, try to send an SMS message to the router with reboot text: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_SMS_Utilities#Reboot
