Hello Support Team,

I have deleted “MOB1S1A1“ and created a new instance with the same properties as “MOB1S1A1“. Only the name is different.

Under “NETWORK/INTERFACES“ the new interface is visible,

but under “FAILOVER“ I missing that new interface (also after a restart).

Do you have an idea?

Kind regards,

Jörg

Hello,

I have tried to reproduce your issue but I was not able to. My identical new Mobile interface was shown in the Failover settings:

Which firmware version you were running (my test was on RUTX_R_00.07.00)? Could you try to factory reset your device and try again?

Regards.

Hello,

I'm using the same firmware version.

I have done a factory reset and when I create a new instance and press “Save and Apply“ after entering all setting I see the Loading  icon over serval minutes.

After reconnecting with the WEBUI I can see that the new instance is visible but without the done settings.

Kind regards,

Jörg

In that case, I would recommend reflashing your firmware via the bootloader menu: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXxx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

The update failed.

During the update I received an error message

Which device are you using?

I'm using a RUT950

Oh, alright, then the issue is clear. You have tried to upload RUTX firmware via the bootloader menu and that is why you are getting an error.

Which file do I have to upload?
by anonymous

Please download firmware from this page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads

(RUT9_R_00.07.00)

Now I have received this message

by anonymous
Well, that is unexpected, then the only way is to upload the RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.3 version from the same page.

That is working

after the upload I have uploaded to the lastest FW.

Now the new created instance is visible under failover but the “Loading“ Icon was visible serval minutes. I have interrupted it.

WebUI loading spinner is a known issue for us and we are working to fix it with future firmware releases.

Regards.
