Hi every one.

I need to know how to do data transmission and monitoring from the device connected to TRB145 via RS485 to IOT platform using MQTT

Is there any documents shows me how to do that step by step ?

more over can any one tell me where and how the configurations (for MQTT) are set please.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to ask, if you monitoring and transmit Modbus data?
If so, please follow these steps:
1. Connect to a TRB145, navigate to Services - Package manager and install Modbus Serial Master.
2. Configure Modbus serial master (add slave devices and request information).
3. Once, this done navigate Services - Data to server.
4. Add new data sender and as protocol MQTT, fill rest required information and save and apply configuration.
If everything is done correctly, MQTT data should be transmitting to the given server.
Please inform if that helps.

are the same steps above can be applied for other gateways and routers from Teltonika such as TRB255 TRB245 RUT955 ?

Hello,

Yes, you could apply these steps to all our devices, which are using RutOS 7.
