My firmware is 00.06.00.4.

Aftter few minutes rut950 disconect users, so they have to connect again. This does not happen always, but frequent enough.

Forgot to  mention, it is Hot spot, with users in the rut950

Which "Authentication mode" you are using? Can you share your full hotspot settings?

Of course. Wi-fi network is open, authentication is via Landing page, no radius.

I tried with two different devices (Android and iOS) and seems working correctly.

How issue appears? How you detect it?

Have you tried to reset router to default settings and reconfigure it? Firstly check how it work without Hotspot. If it works correctly, then check with enabled hotspot.

I did factory reset because of no ip address from hot spot.

That is now ok, but this is not. I detect it because no internet is available.

Have you tried with different devices (PC / cell phones)?

Also, try to change WiFi SSID to another one which was newer before used.

Yes, different devices act the same.

Not an option to change to some other SSID name
