Hi all,

i am trying to reproduce the example from here,

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bidirectional_communication_between_two_serial_devices_over_TCP/IP

i have followed the example exactly with two RUT955 devices and two public IP SIM's,

it is not working, is there Traffic Rules that need to be implemented or something  ? to get it to work,

any help would be appreciated,

Devices are RUT955     firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.3

Hi,

Please could you check the below steps and observe for any positive changes ?

1> Perform a step upgrade to RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.6 and then to RUT9_R_00.07.01.4  (https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firmware_Downloads)
2> From the last step on that link from the Hercules utility tool do you see that the respective com ports are opened ? Or is there any specific error, please share the snapshot.
3> I am assuming that "ip filter" allow respective ip's or the default ip allow has been done, also, try post adding traffic rules were the ports are allowed to for respective zones.
Thanks
