this type of support is  little frustrating for a paid product.

The rut955 will not send sms or email when connected to the Verizon network. The logs or the cli does not give any more details than "Failed" 

I have been back and forth with Verizon and all they do is say they reset the account and it should work, please test and advise. 

This Post has additional info and replies. 

Running Latest firmware available and it is a Verizon approved device RUT955K031Y0

Aa others have stated it works on another carriers network but Verizon states "some times even though devices are approved they won't work on the Verizon network" so before you reply it works and you dont know why they say that, this is the reality and what Verizon tells their customers about a rut955.
