Have you tried to press "Add" button? What error you get?

EM of coures I have and I have tryed to import using .txt file 

there is on field to enter in address 

just look at the screen shot 

                I can give you access to the Router..

 

As I said, I click add it just reloads the page.

 

There is no fields

I tried but when you try to update the firmware to the same firmware the unit doesn’t do it. Might have to do it a different way than normal due to it being the same version or because the software is buggy and crashes.

the client only reciently bought 5 of there routers and they all do the same thing

Is there ot better support for the end user, seems reduclies

According your description seems like cached browser, try to it with another PC.
