Hi, got a new RUT240 and it says sim card not inserted, I have tried different sims that are known to work in mobile phones, I have also updated to latest firmware but still the same issue.

I have tried some other things suggested on this forum but can't get it to work still.

Please advise

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

 I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

The logs do not indicate anything other than the SIM not being inserted. Do you have other RUT240 devices, which could be tested with your SIM?

Other than that, a device return or replacement is suggested.
