Have a nice day, I am using Teltonika RUT955 and I need some advice.

I use an OpenVPN connection and I need to split the LAN ports so that LAN1 is reserved for VPN devices and LAN2, LAN3 is reserved for the home network so if I connect to port LAN2, LAN3, I will not be able to ping devices that are accessible via VPN.

Thank you

Hi Jakub,

For that, you need to do the following steps:

- Setup a Port based VLAN to your LAN1 ->

- Create a network interface and assign it to your created VLAN -> / /

- Create new firewall zone and assign it with your created network interface, then allow forward from openvpn and to openvpn -> / /

You can find more information about how to do those steps on the wiki (, but i've attached images on how it should look like on each step so it will be easier for you.

Best regards
