Have a nice day, I am using Teltonika RUT955 and I need some advice.

I use an OpenVPN connection and I need to split the LAN ports so that LAN1 is reserved for VPN devices and LAN2, LAN3 is reserved for the home network so if I connect to port LAN2, LAN3, I will not be able to ping devices that are accessible via VPN.

Thank you

Hi Jakub,

For that, you need to do the following steps:

- Setup a Port based VLAN to your LAN1 -> https://prnt.sc/5xM33F4FzQ4m

- Create a network interface and assign it to your created VLAN -> https://prnt.sc/kgSAWJ5ImsYK / https://prnt.sc/CLylbK7qrf8l / https://prnt.sc/tsPlOUwLH4yS

- Create new firewall zone and assign it with your created network interface, then allow forward from openvpn and to openvpn -> https://prnt.sc/q7vzThtiV4_4 / https://prnt.sc/Nv76Rv6O00wq / https://prnt.sc/AcQqx7fg3gmQ

You can find more information about how to do those steps on the wiki (https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955), but i've attached images on how it should look like on each step so it will be easier for you.

Best regards
