I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Hello,

I would like you to connect to the router's WebUI, navigate to Network -> Interfaces. Then, edit your mobile interface settings by pressing pencil icon next to it. In the General settings tab set Auto APN slider button to off and enter your Custom APN manually, then save the settings.
