We are using TRB140 with port forwarding and Zerotier vpn. TRB140 is connected to a siemens PLC. It stops sending PLC data after a few hours by itself. 4G connectivity is maintained. Shows online on Zerotier portal but data stops coming. On some TRB devices issue was resolved by upgrading to the latest firmware and Zerotier package but on some devices the issue remains. How can we investigate the issue? Current firmware on the device that we are testing is TRB1_R_00.07.02.4

Attaching the troubleshoot file.

Thank you for contacting us.

To check the status of the connection from your device, go to the Services → CLI page and log in.

Check connection status with this command:

 zerotier-cli info

Check ZeroTier interface IP address with this command (replacing <network> with the ZeroTier Network ID):

zerotier-cli get <network> ip

Additionally, attempt to restart zerotier service via CLI by issuing the following command:

/etc/init.d/zerotier restart

Best regards,

I am able to see the zerotier (ZT) IP address both on the ZT portal and the CLI. That is not the issue. We are still facing recurrent disconnections on ZT package version 1.6.5 and the TRB140 version

It seems quite a few people facing the same issue on TRB1_R_00.07.02.3/4/5 but with no resolution. Can we go a little deeper on this issue resolution pls?

Is there a way to reboot TRB140 if the ethernet connection disconnects?
