Mobile usage statistics has been broken on my RUT240 for a while now. When entering the page mobile usage/day week month or total, the page is greyed out and nothing happens. I think it started after upgrade to R_00.07.02.4. I am on R_00.07.02.6 now, and still the same. Suggestions?

Hello,

Could you post the screenshot?

Also, did you upgrade with Keep settings option enabled?

Could you make a backup of your current configuration and reset the router to factory defaults?

Best regards,

by anonymous

Screenshot below.

Yes, I upgraded with "keep settings".

I would rather not reset to factory defaults as the router is in a remote location.

Could you try factory reset?

If it does not help, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
