RUTX12 Unresponsive

I've had my RUTX12 for just over 2 years now and it's finally given up the ghost, it started with regular restarts last year which never got resolved and finally it won't turn on past the power LED lighting up. Any advice? Can I RMA?

Have you tried to upgrade the device's firmware via the bootloader procedure? if not, please follow the below link for the bootloader procedure:

Related to RMA, please contact your distributor or sales manager for more information. Make sure that the device has a valid warranty.
