We have the same problems like this post:

and i would like test the 07.01.6 version, too.
we have install diffrent newer firmware but all have the same problem. (SIM DE-Vodafone)

A modem firmware upgrade to EG12EAPAR01A12M4G solved your problem.
(EG12EAPAR01A09M4G is default installed)
