Does anyone know how I can get Teltonika to reset RMS registration? I purchased a used RUTX11 and it looks like it is still registered on RMS somewhere else. When I try and add I get "DEVICE WITH SERIAL FROM ENTRY NUMBER 1 ALREADY EXISTS" and on the router setup I get "Failure (Error: Expired license.)"

Hello,

Please provide a picture with the serial number of the device visible or a troubleshoot file from the device in a private message, to confirm your ownership of the device. Once I have this information, I will ask to remove your device from the system.
