Good morning,

My RUT955 has no serial number in the device info. If I upgrade from RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.2 to version RUT9_R_00.07.02.7 I can no longer log in. Only a loading indicator remains on the screen

I can only log in on the legacy WebUI firmware.

Hello,

One of your device's internal files got corrupted an needs to be restored. For that we would need to arrange a AnyDesk remote.
