Hi,

on my RUTX50 (FW: RUTX_R_00.07.03), when scanning for available network operators in Network -> Mobile -> Network Operators, the WebUI will become unavailable after some time.

Reloading will at some point show the login page again, while still not being able to login:
screenshot with error "The device is unreachable. Please check the connection and try again."

There are some strange Errors in the system log:

  • Command failed: Not found
  • Command failed: Permission denied
  • Command failed: Request timed out
  • Failed to parse message data

See below for exert excerpt from the log for the time of the scan:

Hi,

I have tested this on two RUTX50 and a RUT955. The following errors exist:

  • Command failed: Not found
  • Command failed: Permission denied

However, the list of operators is returned. The modem on the device is busy setting up, so the webui is laggy for a few seconds after the scan. Then, everything is back to normal.

However, I did not observe any of the following errors/warnings:

  • daemon.notice netifd: mob1s1a1 (18285): Failed to parse message data
  • daemon.notice netifd: mob1s1a1 (18285): WARNING: Variable 'list' does not exist or is not an array/object

It seems like a glitch. I suggest you reinstall the firmware with 'keep settings' option turned off.

Kind Regards,

Andzej
