Hotspot auto-join known user

Is there a way to configure RUT241 (fw RUT2M_R_00.07.03.3) so that the hotspot does not require login credentials (username, password) every time the client connects to the wifi? The credentials are as of now valid for 1 day (by default it was 300s), but getting out of range and then back prompts the captive portal (login page). I have auto-join ON on iphone, but it does not help. (User management is necessary because of data limits)
