application: Teltonika RMS VPN.app

platform: MacOs M1 - Ventura 13.0.1

Issue: I can log in and see the VPN hubs available. Though when I select 'start a configuration' it keeps on spinning and have seen after that 2 scenarios:

1. app gives a warning message (see screenshot)

or

2. app just closes without any notification. It removes the app icon from the status bar and I have to restart it.

I tried already to re-download the config file.

PS. I notice also that the site https://rms.teltonika-networks.com/account/ is very unresponsive and slow to start up. It takes several minutes to load the page. in the console I see error messages about refresh token url returning status 401.

  • connection time out: continuous
  • seamless tunnel: un-checked
  • captive portal detection: checked
advanced settings:
  • Min TLS version: profile default
  • ipv6: ipv4-only-tunnel
  • allow compression: download link only
  • DNS fallback: checked

Hello,

Could you re-attach a screenshot? I do not personally own MAC, but would ask to test the issue.

As for RMS, there is indeed an issue, where certain connections are being slow to process. The developers are working on a solution. Apologies for inconveniences.

Best regards,

So mostly it shows this screen, sometimes the app just closes completely and disappears from the taskbar

almost same issue when trying to connect via the Windows application -> I can log in and see the VPN hubs, selecting one to connect to spins for 1+minute but eventually does connect.

When I then try to connect to a device it won't connect (RDC or webpage port80 )

I have the same issue if I use OpenVpn - logs below (cannot attach)

I tried also connecting my laptop on a different network.
