Hello community,

I try to configure a RUTX10 and need your help.

My setup:

WAN Port is used for a 5G Fritz!Box Router

LAN3 is changed to WAN2, as described here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Setting_up_RUTX10_LAN_as_WAN

If I try to connect to the wired (WAN2) D-Link AP (DAP-1665) I am redirected to the Teltonika login page.

Any ideas?

Router-Firmware: RUTX_R_00.07.02.1

Thanks a lot,

Heiko

Hello,

It sounds like you might have an IP address conflict. Make sure the upstream routers are in a different subnet from the RUTX10 (e.g. is RUTX10 is in 192.168.1.0/24, then the TP-Link device could be in the 192.168.10.0/24 subnet).

If that does not help, I will ask you to update to the latest firmware which can be downloaded here, then in the WebUI, navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot and download the troubleshoot file. This file can be attached to the original post and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.
