We just bought brand new multiply TRB500 devices all serials start from 60000XXXXX . All of them preinstalled factory firmware 00.07.02.8 and all of them have a non working 5G modem . It see simcard but connection with 5G provider (KPN) just not establish at all.

Some devices even not possible to upgrade over UI . We did upgrade only over cli with scp. Device itself is quite slow in UI. Admin->Troubleshoot take ages to complete. Any advice how to resolve issue ?

There is currently a known issue with 5G n28 with some carriers (mainly T-Mobile NL and KPN NL). For now, it is recommended to blacklist the n28 5G band.

This issue is with the modem integrated into the TRB500, and the manufacturer is working hard to fix the issue. You can track the progress here.
