Anyone else having problems submitting new ticket to Teltonika Help Desk?

I can select to create new ticket, then I can select that my ticket is "Issue Report" but then I'm stopped at "Product"-field.

I select "Product"-field and got "Start typing to search...". I tried typing there "RUT" or "RUT241" or "Routers" and many more but did not get any results to select. And "New Ticket" -form doesn't allow me to proceed to describing actual problem before I have selected product (which I can't do for some reason).

Anyone else having this issue? Or is it just me? I tried both Chrome & Firefox so I assume that it's not browser related.

How can i resolve it? Could you give me further details

I also have the same problem and I can't create a ticket.  Can you help me too?

To my understanding this was something related faults while moving customer information from old helpdeks to new helpdesk. For me there was actually not only problem product-field, but also my company information didn't show up when looking for my information at site.

Teltonika did some magic at their end (we changed to PM with Simon) and then this was fixed, so hopefully this question/conversation is still followed by their personnel.
