Hi there,

I have a RUT240 with a static IP SIM.     SIM has been confirmed working with other devices.  RUT240 operator state is "Registered, home" but Data connection state remains "Disconnected".

I have upgraded firmware to RUT2_R_00.07.04.3 but the issue persists.  I have tried using both "auto APN" and manually entering the APN provided by my mobile operator.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

  

It seems like the issue is that the operator does not provide an IP address for your device. Please double-check, that no authentification settings are needed.

Could you clarify if this APN was provided by your carrier? It does not seem to be the standard one.

Finally, I will ask you to set the device to LTE-only mode and generate another troubleshoot file, as the device is camping on a 3G network.
