Hello,

I have tried eveything suggested in below links but no effect. Can you assist? Same problems as described

Hello,

I will ask you to replicate the issue, navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot and generate a troubleshoot file. This file can be attached to the original post and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.

Generally, the main points to check will be:

  • PIN code;
  • APN settings;
  • Check if the SIM is working on other devices;
  • Make sure all of the antennas are screwed in properly;

It seems like the device can only see a few nearby B20 cells, and they have a very weak signal. Make sure that all of the antennas are screwed in properly, and that your device is positioned near a window facing the cell tower.

If that does not help, perhaps you could try testing the device closer to a cell tower and see if it connects? If the device connects, investing in a directional antenna might be the only option. We have an article about third-party antennas here.
