LOCAL DEVICE TIME on device overview page is incorrect

Firmware 7.04.3

Dashboard / overview page shows time in UTC.  So this label of LOCAL DEVICE TIME is misleading.

For example, it is currently 5:22 PM in my case, for this device in timezone -500 (America/New_York)

Running `date` from the CLI prints the correct local time.

I see on this other thread https://community.teltonika-networks.com/63629/rutx50-local-system-time-different-status-page-not-updating that this bug is scheduled to be fixed in firmware 7.5
