Hello,

Could you try to reset your device to the factory default configuration and remove/add the device to the RMS again?

Regards.

Hello,

Thank you for your query. I was able to reproduce the issue myself and I have reported it to the development team to look into.

Best regards.

evening

im glad im not going crazy :P

keen to hear what you get back, in the mean time which is true?

is the RMS true @95% useage? or is the RUT itself true, @40% useage?

RUT240 usage displayed in WebUI should be true. In theory, RMS reads data from RUT240 and should display the same value.

Regards.

It's a known bug. Update the firmware.
