I bought 1 license but I cant connect to RMS. I have gor - failed to connect (expired licene)

Any idea why?

It seems that you have to turn on service for that router in RMS

If the router's time and date are extremely of the mark (a 10-year discrepancy, for example), it may cause the router to not be able to connect to RMS. To check NTP settings, log in to your router's WebUI and navigate to Services → NTP. If you see any discrepancies, make sure to set the right time zone or synchronize the router's time with your web browser.

I do not know what you have done but 1 day before expiry the license started working.

Can I as you to generate me a fresh license that I can use for next month?
