Cannot login to RUT360 Unit like the others who had the same issue. I cannot RMA the item due to the current location of the device; installed on a marine vessel, working in Egypt where importation of these types of device is problematic (I can send it out, but I wont be getting it back). I don't think this is a hardware issue (since SSH and UCI seems to be working)

Hello,

If you have tried the command suggested in this thread, and the output looks similar, the course of action is the same, a remote session to restore the device.
