Would it be possible to arrange a remote via AnyDesk to take a look at your device?
Difficult, in the company all remote access protocols are blocked for security reasons. I have to get a free access. (takes time).
Anyway, for example two screenshots of the ifconfig command: the first is on a working router (sn 11xxxxxx) the second on the router (sn 08xxxxx) no 3g-ppp interface both updated to 6.09.2:
