Hi,

I have a RUT955 and an available license but I can't configure RMS to work. My RUT indicates : Failure (Error, Expired license).

I tried a lot of things but I don't understand...

Sorry I'm really a newbee... This page is on RMS web site (https://rms.teltonika-networks.com/management/devices) or on the page of the RUT?

I can't find it...

RMS Web page.

In the Devices page select your device. A bar with several tabs will appear. Select Device tab, and press on Manage services option.

Service is off; Monitoring on; Auto Extend on; Nothing appears in Management Type, Services expires at, Data Type, Remaining data (0 bytes)

Credit remaining is 12
